Gert, That is not a capability we offer anymore. You would have to select and then copy and paste an automatic connector line from a drawing with one into the drawing you wished to add it into. That said it would need to have shapes on it, or it will not be available as deleting all the shapes will delete the connector line itself. Regards, SmartDraw

Dear user, I am afraid that is not something we offer currently. If you have any additional questions, please let us know. Regards, SmartDraw Support

Brigitte, Sort of. What we mean by that is it is a workaround that you have to do on a right side or left side basis. You cannot go from the left side to the right side and vice versa. So that said: 1) Click the round SmartDraw Menu Button and choose "Options > Allow Lines to Link" 2) Select the branch you wish to duplicate and do a Ctrl

Erik, If you change the color of a piece of text you write on a blank page and then delete the text, you can save the file as a custom SmartDraw Template via the "Save As" command by clicking the round SmartDraw Menu Button in the upper left of the screen. When you open that custom template via "My Templates" when you start the program

Thomas, Not currently for CSV we're afraid. Other that Project we only export to graphic formats such as JPG, PNG, WMF / EMF etc., with the exception of exporting an org chart to a tab delimited text file. If you have any other questions let us know. Regards, SmartDraw Support

Dear user, You would have to do a Ctrl+A (Select All) and copy / paste the calendar into another non-calendar template. So try doing that and paste it into a blank "Simple Diagram: template. That should get you to where you need to be. I would recommend formatting the calendar as much as possible first. Regards, SmartDraw Support

Brenda, Inserting a WMF into a blank drawing should work, although I cannot speak to being able to edit the drawing. Can you e-mail us the WMF file you tried working with to: support@smartdraw.com ? We will be glad to take a look. Regards, SmartDraw Support

Cliff, That is not a capability we offer in our charts currently I'm afraid. Possibly in the future, just not currently. Let us know if you have any further questions. Regards, SmartDraw Support

Jerry, We have the ability to add red dots to a Google Live Map, not push pins though. Those can only be added manually from the Pins and stickers library in SmartDraw after the map has been inserted. In regards to the Excel file issue, can you send the file to: support@smartdraw.com ? We will be glad to take a look at it and see if we can sort out
