All the pull-down menus are not available.

Hi, I have just tryed to use the SmartDraw 2010. It really a excellent software. But I met a problem:

All the pull-down menus are not available to chose. Like the color of Font, I could just chose the default one, like Blank in the "Recent Colors", white in the "Theme colors", deep red in the "Stardard Colors", all of others could not be chosen, as shown in the figure attached.

And this happened to a lot of the pull-down menus, like "Alignment", "Directions", "Quick Styles", nearly all of them.

Therefore, I am really puzzled, and I think it cause some trouble.

Has this worked previously?  If so, have you installed anything since then? 

Also are you running any unusual display configurations like dual monitor setup, etc?  You can try updating your display and graphics drivers to see if that helps.
