Unable tpo Install PDF Filter on Vista

It installed, but when I try to use it -- it says try to install again... I tried several times -- still not working.

Try downloading the PDF Filter from this link and install it while SmartDraw is closed and see if that makes a difference.  It will install both the PDF Filter, as well as a program called "Ghostscript":

I have the same problem with smartdraw 2008 on vista --- I did as you suggest but still get the message to install again.  hellp....

me too -- but your fix didn't work on my vista 64 system (smartdraw 2008)
