Easily Email SmartDraw Diagrams
SmartDraw makes it easy to create diagrams and graphics of all kinds, and sharing them with your colleagues and coworkers is even easier. You can email your diagrams to others directly from SmartDraw.
How to email SmartDraw files to others:
Step 1
Open or create your graphic with SmartDraw.
Step 2
Click the SmartDraw button and select “Email.”
Step 3
Choose either “Email as PDF” or “Email as SDR.” (SDR is SmartDraw’s native file format. Choose this if those you are emailing to have SmartDraw installed.)
Step 4
SmartDraw automatically launches your default email program with your SmartDraw file already attached (as either SDR or PDF depending on what you chose in step three). That’s it!
